Do you print the shirts yourself?
- Our clothing graphics are designed by Jamie Higgins at Garment of Glory. She then works with a professional garment print provider to apply the design and ship the garment directly to you. The printer has six fulfillment centers across the US and they print and distribute products to both major brands as well as for small businesses like Garment of Glory. They create each item individually using a Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing method to apply each design.
- All the designs in the shop are copyrighted, so please respect the hard work of our artist. If you like a particular design and you’d like to use it outside the scope of what is available on this site, please email Jamie. jamie@garmentofglory.com
Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?
- Yes, completely safe. This web site is secured using an SSL Digital Certificate. It is guaranteed safe to use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and others. We encrypt your information during checkout, and never store your credit card info online.
What is the shipping cost?
- What has allowed us to expand our selection of products is partnering with four different professional printing companies. Our women’s and toddler tees are fulfilled and shipped from a different facility then all the rest of our clothing. Our fabric home goods are from a different facility then our mugs. They each have their own U.S. based facilities and charge separate shipping fees.
- Shipping is calculated in your cart based on what you are ordering and what facilities your items are coming from. The shipping rates seen in your cart are calculated by the print providers themselves.
- Items coming from different facilities will have different fulfillment and shipping times and arrive in separate packages.
- T-shirts start at $4 for the first item shipping to the U.S. while hoodies have a higher shipping rate that starts at $8. Please know we do not make any money off of shipping.
What are the production and shipping times?
- It normally takes 3 – 7 business days to fulfill each order, based on the shirt printer’s capacity at the time. From experience we have found them to be very fast.
- Once the order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Shipping time can take 2 – 5 days for domestic orders.
- The item is tightly secured and shipped in a self sealing poly mailer to provide protection during its shipment.
- Because we do not personally print and ship each garment, we cannot rush orders, so please give yourself plenty of time if you are needing the clothing for a special occasion.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
- Your satisfaction is our first priority. You can request a remake for faulty products, if your purchase does not match its description or arrives in a damaged state. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can work with the printing company to get any issues resolved.
- Due to the nature of each shirt being custom printed just for you, we cannot offer a credit, refund or exchange to you if you simply change your mind on any items purchased, or you do not like the fit of the garment or make a mistake while ordering. These mistakes can include incorrect selection of garment size, style, design, color or providing an incorrect mailing address. Please carefully look at the sizing chart measurements for each listing to be sure you are ordering the correct size.
Is there a reliable quality control?
- Yes, and we stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge or a refund. Please send an email within 7 days of receipt to jamie@garmentofglory.com. Include a description of your concerns as well as photos of the purchased items.
The colors are a bit different than expected.
- Please be aware that while we try our best to represent the colors accurately, computer monitors vary, so colors and contrast can slightly differ on the physical apparel than from what is seen on your screen.
I’ve ordered from you before but the current designs have changed.
- In August of 2020 we took time to update many of our designs to keep true to attribution guidelines. We also took the “vintage” style off many of the designs, making them solid.
I do not see what I want in the store, do you take custom requests?
- We are more than happy to create a garment that does not currently have a listing. Please go to Any Top + Any Design and you can submit your request.
- If there is an idea you have or a particular quote you would like illumined to wear, please contact Jamie as she is always ready to create new designs!
Do you offer wholesale pricing or discounts on bulk orders?
- Yes, we have began to offer wholesale pricing, please contact Jamie for more information.
- If you would like to place a larger order of clothing for a Local Spiritual Assembly, children’s class, JYSEP group, teaching tables, or for any other event, check in with us first, we are happy to work out discounted rates for community bulk orders.
Do you have an ETSY shop too?
- Yes we do, two actually!!! At our sister shop, A Gladsome Heart, we create Baha’i inspired art, crafts, jewelry and celebration supplies that is also personally designed and shipped by Jamie. Garment of Glory is on Etsy too, although not as many design choices are available there.
